For a technical problem

Include the source platform, the exact public URL when it is safe to share, the option you selected, the approximate time of the attempt and the error shown by the bot. Do not send passwords, login cookies, payment card data or private account credentials.

Privacy and data requests

State that your message concerns privacy and include the Telegram account identifier needed to locate the request. Review the Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive information.

Rights-holder notices

For a copyright concern, follow the details on the Copyright and rights-holder page. A clear notice helps identify the material and the authority of the person making the request.
